Wondi Mersie is the Associate Dean and Director of Research Programs at the Virginia State University College of Agriculture in the areas of food science, small ruminants, and plant science. He has over 25 years of experience in weed science research, and has led the IPM Innovation Lab project on the biological control of Parthenium for the past ten years.
