Parker is responsible for creating a strong web and social media presence along with the IPM Innovation Lab’s writing, photography, and video needs. She came to IPM after three years in Montana, where she earned her master’s in science journalism from the University of Montana. She did her master’s work on coffee rust in Nicaragua, which eventually led her to Virginia to become communications coordinator for an international integrated pest management lab.
